Ben Williams possesses extensive experience in software development and architecture, particularly in the legal technology sector. At IRIS Software Group from September 2003 to June 2010, Ben served as Development Team Leader, focusing on legal practice management solutions utilizing C# and .NET technologies. Between February 2013 and December 2017, Ben held the position of Development Manager at Peppermint Technology Ltd, overseeing a team of 15 and delivering award-winning legal software, and also contributed to the development of a Microsoft Dynamics-based Practice Management System. Currently, since February 2025, Ben works as Principal Technical Architect at Litera. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2003.
