Haley Altman is a seasoned professional in corporate and securities law, with a robust career spanning over a decade in top transactional law firms in the U.S. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor and Global Head of Corporate Development at Litera since August 2019, Haley also holds the position of Advisor at LEGA since March 2023. Previously, Haley was the CEO of Doxly, Inc. until its acquisition by Litera and served as a Partner in Ice Miller LLP’s Business Group, focusing on corporate representation for emerging growth companies. Earlier career experience includes associate roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Ice Miller. Haley Altman obtained a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a BA in Chemistry and Political Science from DePauw University.
