Jack McLeod is a seasoned UX researcher with a comprehensive background in user experience and research methodologies. Currently serving as Lead UX Researcher at Litera since April 2024, Jack previously held the position of Senior UX Researcher at Cloud Software Group from January 2023 to January 2024, where innovative rapid research methods were applied, and designer-led research efforts were supported. Prior experience includes a tenure at Citrix as a UX Researcher, where exploratory research and usability testing were conducted on complex products, and a role at ILLUME Advising, LLC focused on bilingual research for underrepresented populations. Jack began a career in research with SmartRevenue, illustrating a strong foundation in field research. Jack holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of South Florida, a Master's degree in Theology from Fordham University, and a UX Design certificate from Springboard.
