James Shanks, CSM, PMP, serves as Senior Manager of Release Management at Litera since February 2023. Prior to this role, James was Release Manager for Product Operations and Agile Project Manager at MedeAnalytics from August 2020 to February 2023. James has extensive experience managing Armaments Technology projects at ATI | Advanced Technology International and delivering multi-phased SAAS implementations at Benefitfocus. James’s project management expertise is reinforced by certifications in project management and technical project management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Clemson University. James has a proven track record in collaborating with stakeholders, managing complex project backlogs, and facilitating agile practices across diverse teams.
