In their latest role as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Litera, they lead a team responsible for hiring elite talent worldwide. Prior to that, they held the same position at Change Healthcare, where they supported various departments and implemented a new recruiting program. Before that, they served as the Director of Recruiting at PDX, where they established a highly efficient recruiting function. Michael also has experience in managing and building recruiting functions at Express Employment Professionals, Lone Star Media Group, First Command Financial Services, RBC Financial Group, and First Citizens Bank.
