Sterling Thomas

Sterling Thomas is an experienced professional in customer success and education, currently serving as the Director of Internal Enablement at Litera since August 2025. Previously, Sterling held the position of Senior Customer Success Enablement Program Manager at Conga from August 2021 to September 2025 and worked at Citrix from September 2018 to August 2021 as both a Customer Success Enablement Program Manager and Customer Success Manager. Sterling's expertise includes advising customers on business process enhancements, developing success plans, and creating adoption benchmarks. In the educational sector, Sterling has notable experience as an AP Psychology and English teacher, alongside coaching various sports at Charlotte Latin School and Gilman School, where significant student achievements and enrollment growth were accomplished. Sterling holds a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
