Sterling Thomas

Sterling Thomas is a results-driven business professional with a focus on leadership and customer adoption experience in the SaaS industry. After more than a decade of diverse teaching roles, including positions at Charlotte Latin School and Gilman School, Sterling transitioned into Customer Success Management at Citrix and currently serves as the Director of Internal and Customer Enablement at Litera. With a strong commitment to building relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences, Sterling leads the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide learning programs that drive product adoption and customer success. Sterling holds a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
