Eric Hegstrom

VP Technology at LiteSentry

Eric Hegstrom has worked in the technology industry since 1991. Eric began their career as a Tools Engineer at Apple Computer. Eric then moved on to become a Software Engineer at The 3DO Company in 1993, followed by a Software Engineer position at Etec Polyscan in 1996. In 1997, Eric took on the role of Project Engineer and Principal Senior Software Engineer at PerkinElmer Lithography Systems (formerly Sonoran Scanners). In 2000, they became Lead Software Engineer at Chorum Technologies. In 2007, Eric co-founded ScatterMaster, LLC. Since 2001, they have served as VP Technology at LiteSentry <> SOFTSOLUTION, where they are responsible for overseeing the development of automated inspection and measurement equipment for the glass manufacturing industry, as well as evaluating new technology and processes.

Eric Hegstrom attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1982 to 1984, studying Engineering. Eric then attended the University of Arizona from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.
