Indrė Patapienė is an experienced leader in process management, currently serving as the Procesų valdymo vadovė at Litgrid since 2025. Previously, Indrė held the position of Procesų ir audito skyriaus vadovė at IKI from 2021 to 2025 and was the Head of Internal Auditors Group at UAB General Financing/Marginalen Group from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Indrė led Quality, Health, and Safety for the Baltics at Iron Mountain from 2018 to 2021. Indrė holds a Master’s Degree in Quality Management from Vilniaus Universitetas, which was completed in 2017.
