Ian M.

Ian M. has been working in the field of psychology since 1981. Ian began their career as a Psychologist and then worked as a Roughneck for Caledonian Drilling. In 1996, they took on the role of Freight Pilot for Florida Air Charter. From 2015-2017, they worked as a Business Psychologist for Archegyral. In 2017, they became a Human Psychologist for Human Associates and in 2019 they were appointed Director of Psychology for Litha Group, a Psychology AI company. Ian then took on the role of Interim CTO for Litha Group, developing a unique and highly scalable psychological sense making framework. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer and CTO at Litha Group.

Ian M. obtained a B.Sc. Psychology from The University of Edinburgh. Ian also obtained a CPL MULTI/IR certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in May 1996.
