Esther Kim

Esther Kim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Esther currently works at Lithic as a Technical Recruitment & Talent Development professional since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at MANTL starting from December 2020. Esther also had a role as a People Operations & Talent Acquisition team member at Harmonic Labs from November 2021 to December 2021.

Earlier in their career, Esther worked as a Technical Recruitment Consultant at Huxley from April 2019 to November 2020. Esther also gained experience as an AFMA Consultant at Columbia Impact Investment Initiative and as an Administrative/HR Director at Big Red Bikes, both of which occurred during different time periods from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Esther served as an Orientation Leader at Cornell University from 2013 to 2015 and as a Global HR Analytics Intern at Boston Scientific in 2014.

Esther Kim completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in International Economics at Columbia University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Cornell University from 2012 to 2015, where they received a degree in ILR.
