Isaiah Soung

Isaiah Soung has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Crown College, providing technical support and creating SOP documents. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Software Development Engineer in Test at tapQA, where they developed automated solutions and provided quick turnaround for proof of concept tasks.

In 2017, Soung joined Kipsu as a Software Engineer, where they researched, designed, and developed solutions to fulfill business needs and led an effort to increase user adoption. Isaiah also automated server rollouts and implemented CI/CD pipelines.

In 2019, Soung became a Senior Software Engineer at PinkLion AI, focusing on backend systems and developing web applications using Typescript and React. At Rally Health in 2020, they served as a Senior Operations Engineer, maintaining Jenkins environments, creating internal applications and tools, and leading automation efforts.

During 2021, Soung worked as a Software Engineer at Livefront and Lithic, contributing to software development projects. Overall, they have demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to improving engineering processes.

Isaiah Soung earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, with a specialization in General Biology, from Crown College. Isaiah attended Crown College from 2009 to 2014.

Following their undergraduate studies, Isaiah pursued higher education at the University of St. Thomas, where they obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering. Isaiah attended the University of St. Thomas from 2015 to 2019, specializing in the field of Software Engineering.
