Mary Prager

Mary Prager has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mary is currently working at Lithic as the Chief of Staff, a position they have held since December 2022. Before that, Mary worked as a Corporate Counsel at Lithic from September 2021 to December 2022.

Prior to Lithic, Mary was an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer from April 2020 to August 2021. In this role, they specialized in representing emerging growth companies in various legal matters, including corporate formation, governance, venture capital financing, and M&A transactions.

Mary Prager attended The ACS International Schools in London, England from 1993 to 1997. Mary then moved to The American School in Japan and studied there from 1997 to 2007. After completing their high school education, Mary went on to attend Swarthmore College from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Later, they pursued further education at Columbia Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2015 to 2017. Mary also attended Columbia Law School during the same time period and received a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
