Monica Kim

Monica Kim has a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate development, and transaction services. Monica is currently the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Lithic, a position they started in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Better.com as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from October 2019 to May 2022. Monica also spent several years at Intersection Co., where they held various finance roles, including Director of Finance & Corporate Development and Director of Finance for Link. Monica began their finance career at Ogilvy & Mather as a Financial Analyst and gained transaction services experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Experienced Associate and Intern. Monica also has previous internship experience at Merrill Lynch and Bourjois & Eres Paris.

Monica Kim completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance & Accounting at NYU Stern School of Business from 2006 to 2010. Later in 2010, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting at the same institution, NYU Stern School of Business.
