Chenghao Lin

Chenghao (Roger) Lin is a Process Design Engineering Associate at Lithios since October 2023, bringing prior experience as a Graduate Process Engineer at Hatch from May 2022 to October 2023. Chenghao completed a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering at McGill University between 2020 and 2022, where involvement included roles as a Master Thesis Student, Teaching Assistant for an undergraduate Biochemical Engineering course, and Peer Mentor, recognized as a Tomlinson Engagement Awardee for Mentoring. Additional research experience at McGill's Faculty of Engineering includes work in the Electrocatalysis lab and Mineral Processing Group lab during summer internships. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Hatch in 2017, focusing on engineering flowcharts, mass balance, patent research, and the development of safety protocols. Chenghao holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, completed in 2019.
