Christopher Plonski

Christopher Plonski is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in electrode manufacturing and cell operations. Currently serving as the Principal Electrode Manufacturing Engineer at Lithios since July 2025, Christopher previously held the position of Senior Manager Cell R&D Operations at Nyobolt, overseeing daily operations and supporting global process engineering. Additional roles include Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Ionic Materials, Lead Process Engineer at A123 Systems, Process Engineer at 24M Technologies, and Field Service Engineer at Leica Microsystems. Christopher began a career in the US Army as a Satellite Communications Systems Operator/Maintainer. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
