Jonathan Small

Jonathan Small is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in concrete management and supervision. Currently serving as Concrete Superintendent at Lithko Contracting since August 2025, Jonathan Small previously held the positions of Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent at Swinerton from June 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, Jonathan Small was a General Foreman at Largo Concrete, Inc. from June 2019 to July 2023, and worked as a Journeyman Carpenter at SAN-MAR Construction Co., Inc. from February 2011 to June 2019. Jonathan Small earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Citrus College, attending from August 2006 to May 2010.
