Ryan Hale

Ryan Hale is the current Chief Information Officer at Lithko Contracting LLC. Prior to this, they were the Director of Continuous Improvement at L-3 Communications from October 2012 to June 2014. In this role, they helped create and deploy L3 Excellence, a program aimed at translating strategic goals into execution and driving a continuous improvement mindset into the culture of the organization. Ryan also led the executive Leadership team in identifying, prioritizing, and selecting critical process improvement projects that reduced waste of processes, improved quality of products, and decreased product’s time to market.

Before their role at L-3 Communications, Ryan Hale was a Manager at Deloitte / BearingPoint from April 2004 to October 2012. In this role, they coached black and green belt candidates through the implementation of lean and six sigma concepts to make processes more effective and efficient.

Ryan Hale has a MBA in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a BS from The Ohio State University.

Ryan Hale reports to Rob Strobel, CEO & President. They work with Andrew Rogers - Regional Business Analyst, Southeast Charlotte, Mark Snyder - Regional Operations Lead, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and David Linich - Chief Talent Officer.
