Snehal Shah

Snehal Shah currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Litify since December 2024. Prior to this role, Snehal served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Fusion Risk Management from September 2018 to December 2024, where oversight included FP&A, Accounting, and Legal functions. Earlier experience includes various leadership roles at HotSchedules and SAP Ariba, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of Finance, respectively, where Snehal was the CFO for North America. Snehal began a career in investment banking as an Associate at Lincoln International. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.B.A. in Finance and Management from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
