Cassandra S. has worked in various roles since 2007. Cassandra began their career at Kohl's Department Stores as a Sales Representative in 2007. In 2011, they moved to Canyon Ranch SpaClub as a Reservations Specialist. In 2012, they were promoted to Lead Canyon Ranch at Sea Coordinator and was responsible for all guest relations impact from the pre-reservations of spa appointments to guest disputes off cruise as well as monitoring the level of service provided by the other coordinators. In 2014, they were promoted to Reservations Supervisor at Canyon Ranch SpaClub at the Venetian | Palazzo, where they were responsible for auditing appointments/calls, reviewing standard operating procedures and training/coaching, data reports and tracking agent performance. In 2015, they joined Acosta Sales & Marketing Foodservice as a Deductions Coordinator, where they were responsible for processing programs on deviations, rebates and invoices for all their vendors. Finally, in 2016, they joined Litigation Services, LLC as a Lead Depository | Atlantic Transcript Specialist, a role in which they processed and reviewed all documents deposited by the depositing firm, making sure that bates stamps were correct or documents were not corrupted.

Cassandra S. received their high school diploma from Yosemite High School in 2005. Cassandra then attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2012 to 2013. Cassandra is currently enrolled at Post University, where they are pursuing an Associate of Science in Legal Studies, General, and is expected to graduate in 2022.
