Jonathan Harrell has accumulated extensive experience in customer success and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Litmus since January 2020, Jonathan has also held positions as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Support Specialist, and Customer Support Associate within the same organization. Prior to joining Litmus, Jonathan worked at Sprint as a Retail Store Manager from October 2017 to January 2020 and served as a Marketing Manager at Marketing Resources from May 2014 to October 2017. Earlier in Jonathan's career, a role as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from January 2010 to May 2014 was held.
