Michael Schlaak is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Global R&D for Littelfuse's Automotive Protection division since December 2012. In this role, Michael oversees global engineering strategy and product development, ensuring the success of key projects in the automotive market. With a background that includes senior management of global validation and testing functions, as well as design engineering roles where innovative high-voltage fuse products were developed, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills throughout a career that began in 2004.
