Stefan Steinhoff

Stefan Steinhoff is a seasoned professional in semiconductor technology, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technology Development at Littelfuse since May 2019, focusing on wafer fab strategy and chip technology development. Prior to this role, Stefan held various leadership positions at IXYS UK Westcode, including Director of Semiconductor R&D and Chief Technical Officer, overseeing R&D and process engineering for high-power devices. Experience also includes serving as Process Engineering Manager at IXYS Semiconductor GmbH, leading process engineering for power device wafer fabrication, and earlier roles specializing in GaAs power semiconductor devices and processing technologies. Stefan's career began at IXYS Semiconductor GmbH, where expertise was developed in plasma etching, deposition, and the processing of power thyristors and diodes. Stefan holds a degree from The University of Göttingen, completed in 1995.
