We all learn differently. Which means that fixed, off-the-shelf change programmes often miss their mark. They can be disengaging, drain confidence and don’t create sustainable behavioural change.

Little Bird People Development is different. We can help you identify and connect to your personal and organisational purpose, values and beliefs to make a real difference.

We start by listening and we find out what drives and inspires your achievement. We build a mutually trusting relationship to understand the hurdles you face. And then, together, we create a positive, safe environment that allows us to remove limiting beliefs about our abilities and allows you to flourish without fear.

We work with employees at every stage of their career, from SME’s to FTSE 100 organisations, schools and charities to increase individual and team awareness around values, beliefs and behavioural alignment in order to bring their personal and company visions to life.

Little Bird also partners with organisations to deliver a not-for-profit global education programme 'Little Chicks Life Lessons', which empowers primary school children and teachers by delivering essential learning which builds confidence, self-belief and resilience for future employee pipelines.

As Founder of Little Bird, Alison strongly believes that everyone has the right to follow their dreams and achieve their full potential. Whether we are working with adults of children, Little Bird aims to create learning environments for non judgmental exploration and possibility, shaping innovative future leaders.
