Little Black House is a hospitality-driven interior design firm specializing in large-scale multifamily and mixed-use amenity environments.
We partner with developers and asset managers to reposition properties, elevate leasing experiences, and create durable, high-performing spaces that support absorption, retention, and long-term asset value.

Our work blends investment-level thinking with hospitality-level execution — transforming clubrooms, leasing offices, rooftops, and community spaces into strategic differentiators in competitive markets.
We understand capital allocation, timelines, and operational durability — and we design with all three in mind.

Based in Pennsylvania, working nationally.
