Michael Flaherty has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Michael started their career at Bob Evans Farms, Inc. in 1994, where they held progressive management positions and was responsible for ensuring store profitability and maintaining operational standards. In 1999, they joined Little Caesars Pizza as an Internal Audit Coordinator, conducting audits on franchisees and overseeing the National Advertising Program. Michael later served as Regional Controller, Director of Retail Accounting, and National Director of Finance, where they focused on analyzing profitability trends and adding value to franchisees' businesses. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Store Profitability and Analytics, where they worked on maximizing franchise owners' profit potential and creating value for their investments.
