Matt Baker

Matt Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pre-sales services and managed service solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Pre-sales Services at Littlefish since March 2019, Baker has a strong background in solution design, pricing, and customer engagement, ensuring services meet client requirements and demonstrate value. Prior to this role, Baker held various positions at SCC from June 2012 to March 2019, including Solution Manager and Service Architect, focusing on service desk and management solutions. Baker's career began at RM Education, where responsibilities as Managed Service Consultant and Contract Manager included bid writing, managing service contracts, and maintaining client relationships for Further Education sectors. Baker's educational foundation was established at the University of Staffordshire from 1993 to 1996.
