Toby Aldous has extensive work experience in various roles within the service delivery and project management fields. Toby began their career in 1992 as an Operational Manager at De Vere Hotels and later worked as an ICT Training and Project Leader at Cyntergy Services Ltd. Toby then joined Whitbread PLC as a Project Manager before moving on to Counter Solutions, where they served as a Project Manager as well. In 2006, Toby joined MHR as a Senior Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Service Delivery Manager.

From 2008 to 2016, Toby worked at Trustmarque, first as a Service Transition Manager and then as the Head of Service Assurance and Transition. Toby played a key role in managing service delivery across several major accounts and overseeing service level management standards.

Toby briefly worked at Refinitiv as the Head of Vendor Management, where they were responsible for outsource service delivery. Toby joined MTI in 2019 as a Service Delivery and Transition Consultant, leading pre-sales Managed Services bids and creating standardized collateral for future activities. The same year, they joined Tisski Ltd as a Senior Business Transformation Consultant. Currently, Toby holds the position of Head of Service Delivery Management at Littlefish (UK) Ltd.

Toby Aldous attended Orwell High School in Felixstowe from 1983 to 1988. Toby then went on to study Business Studies at the University of Suffolk from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained an OND degree.
