LiuGong Indonesia is established in Indonesia to support its dealers and customers more closely and faster.

On 2019, LiuGong as one of the world’s largest heavy equipment manufacturers, opened its Indonesia office in Jakarta, Indonesia. 

The office plays a critical role as LiuGong’s key customer touch point in this region, as it allows the company to attend to customer needs more efficiently. PT. LiuGong Machinery Indonesia also established spare parts distribution center to allow faster delivery of spare parts for Indonesia customer, reducing production down time significantly.

To further support its dealers & customers, LiuGong Indonesia also develop its training centre to allow technical and operation development skill for its dealers and customers in Indonesia. Other support that LiuGong Indonesia has developed is customer call centre system, called LiuGong Care, to provide solutions for heavy equipment major component repairs, regular maintenance schedules, consultations, and parts & machine inquiries that meet your expectations.
