Michael Zabst is a seasoned real estate development professional with extensive experience in the construction industry across the USA and the United Arab Emirates. Currently serving as the Director of Development at LIV Developers, Michael leads multiple high-rise residential projects in Dubai Marina from feasibility to handover. Prior to this role, they held senior positions at Emaar and Meraas, where they successfully directed numerous prestigious projects including the Dubai Hills Estate master plan and the La Mer mixed-use development. Michael began their career as a Senior Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease in Chicago, overseeing the completion of various mid to high-rise residential and hospitality buildings. They earned a BS in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
