Umar Jaffer

Umar Jaffer is a highly experienced IT professional who has worked in various roles including Senior IT Technician, Helpdesk Manager, and Senior UK IT Support Engineer. Umar started their career as a Skills & Employment Team Apprentice, where Umar excelled and received the Apprentice of the Year award. Umar has completed a BCS Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship and received training in Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting.
