Gil Refael

Gil Refael is currently a Senior Formulation Researcher at LiVA, specializing in Food and Biotech Engineering. They are pursuing a PhD at Technion, focusing on the interactions between novel food components and the gut microbiome. Previously, Gil worked as a Food Engineer at SodaStream, where they contributed to flavor innovation and the sensory evaluation of syrups. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from Technion and are progressing toward an M.Sc. direct to PhD in the same field.
