John Dodson

John Dodson is a seasoned Mechanical Design Specialist with extensive experience in design and drafting. Since January 1992, John has been with LivaNova, contributing expertise in mechanical design. Prior to this role, John served as Design Drafting Lead at Omniplan Corp. from April 1987 to January 1992, where responsibilities included managing department associates, assigning tasks, and coordinating projects with customers. John began his career as a Civil/Structural Draftsman/Designer at Chemic Engineers & Constructors, Inc. from May 1979 to April 1987, focusing on the design and documentation of civil/structural projects as well as piping, instrument, and electrical diagrams. John holds an education from San Jacinto College, completed between 1977 and 1979.
