John Versaggi

John Versaggi currently serves as Vice President of Government Affairs at LivaNova since October 2018. Prior to this role, John held the position of Vice President of External Affairs at UnitedHealth Group from January 2011 to October 2018, and Vice President of Federal Government Relations at the American Gaming Association from January 2010 to January 2011. Additionally, John worked as Senior Director of Federal Government Relations at UST Public Affairs between March 2003 and April 2009, and began a career in government relations as a Congressional Aide for U.S. Representative Richard Burr from June 1996 to March 2003. John possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1993 and 1996, and attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1991 to 1993.
