Michael Gaines

Michael Gaines is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer at LivaNova since April 2013, Michael has previously held the position of Principal Mechanical Engineer at the same company. Prior to that, Michael worked at St. Jude Medical from June 2006 to April 2013 as a Mechanical Engineering Manager. Michael's career began at Motorola iDEN, where Michael served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer from 1995 to 2006, and also gained experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Motorola Industrial Ltda. in Brazil from 1998 to 2002. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 1995.
