Roberto Bocchi

Roberto Bocchi is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and product development, currently serving as the Vice President of Disposables Development and Head of the Disposables Design Center at TransMedics, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Roberto has held various positions at LivaNova from 2009, including Director of R&D Cardiopulmonary Disposables Engineering and Senior Manager of R&D. With a foundational background at Sorin Group as Program Manager and Project Leader for Autotransfusion Systems & Blood Management, along with earlier experience at Fresenius HemoCare in the R&D Technical Department, Roberto possesses extensive expertise in mechanical and disposable engineering, product and process prototyping, additive manufacturing, and testing.
