Stefano Vecchi serves as the HR Director for Italy at LivaNova, managing HR operations for the Italian headquarters and Mirandola plant, with additional responsibilities for the DACH region from Munich. With extensive experience in human resources management, Stefano has previously held HR leadership roles at Medtronic, Coswell S.p.A., and Gambro, overseeing sizable teams and significant recruitment initiatives. A graduate of Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Stefano also has strong educational foundations from Liceo Scientifico and AIDP.
