Tom O'Brien

Tom O'Brien is a global life sciences executive currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at LivaNova. Previously, O'Brien founded and presided over Wayspring, creating a venture-backed SaaS startup that significantly improved employee self-service efficiency. They held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, where O'Brien transitioned from engineering to brand management, launching notable products such as Pantene Pro-V.
