Live Oak Pharmacy was founded in 2018 with a single pharmacist and has grown into a full-service retail and compounding pharmacy staffed by four pharmacists and fifteen technicians. We are committed to providing personalized, patient-centered care while improving access to affordable, high-quality healthcare.

In addition to traditional retail pharmacy services, Live Oak Pharmacy specializes in both sterile and non-sterile compounding. Our services include customized creams, capsules, and other tailored medications designed to meet the unique needs of each patient. We are expanding our capabilities to further support sterile preparation services.

Our clinical focus areas include dermatology, psychiatry, OB/GYN, pain management, and chronic disease management. By working closely with prescribers and patients, we help optimize treatment outcomes while reducing medication costs.
