LIVE WELL Exercise Clinic is a medical fitness clinic specializing in supervised exercise, healthy lifestyle coaching and a lifestyle overhaul for people with health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity and for those who want to prevent them.

Regular exercise at the right intensity can reduce the risk of premature death by up to 50%.  LIVE WELL members typically have one or more health conditions and risk factors for chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity and heart disease. Half come to prevent such conditions or reduce their risk factors. LIVE WELL employs clinical exercise physiologists who are experts in habit change and specialize in chronic health issues, motivating, teaching and coaching members to live healthier, more active lives.
