David Gamboa is the founder and CEO of LiveBeyond Ltd, which helps teams and individuals transition, adapt and thrive in remote and distributed workplaces by focusing on productivity, wellbeing, and self-development. They previously served as VP, Global Corporate Development at Torre (2020–2021) and as VP Equity Research at BNP Paribas (2018–2019), and held a Research Associate role at Perella Weinberg Partners in 2017. Earlier roles include field engineering positions at Schlumberger in 2009, where they led field crews and contributed to onshore well cementing projects. They earned an MSc in Metals and Energy Finance from Imperial College London (2012–2013) with Merit, and studied Chemical Engineering, French Culture, Physics, Chemistry and Finance at Universidad de Los Andes (2004–2009). They are currently pursuing a Master of Transpersonal Psychology at AMPYDET (2023–2025).
