Marek Stepien

Marek Stepien is the Head of Data and Research at LiveChat. Prior to this, they were the Regional Operations Manager (EE&MEA&DACH) at Lime from February 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they managed city operations in 25 markets across 11 countries in EE, MEA, and DACH. Before that, Marek was a Senior Knowledge Analyst/Senior Knowledge Consultant at McKinsey & Company from November 2015 to January 2019.
