Dr. Jörg Binding is an experienced legal and business professional, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at MEC2 livecookintable since March 2023 and as President and Geschäftsführer at Meveca since June 2020. Previously, Dr. Binding held the position of Vice President for Americas & Europe at DESON Group from 2016 to June 2020, along with serving as Of Counsel Legal Consultant and Business Development for the same regions. During a significant tenure at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from 2010 to 2018, Dr. Binding managed project budgets and implementations on global initiatives for quality infrastructure, consumer protection, and market access, sponsored by various German ministries and the European Commission. Prior to this, Dr. Binding operated as a self-employed attorney specializing in Chinese company law and M&A and served as a lecturer at the China University of Political Science and Law. Dr. Binding's education includes a doctorate and multiple law degrees from the University of Cologne, complemented by studies in Chinese at Beijing Language and Culture University.
