They previously founded Concep (2012–2017) as Founder & Non-Executive Director and, as Founder and CEO, grew Concep from a small operation in West London to providing digital and mobile marketing solutions to over 250 B2B, professional, and financial services firms across London, New York, and Sydney. They served as Managing Director, USA at Ansible (2015–2018), a global mobile media and marketing agency recognized as the most awarded mobile agency in the world, including Mediapost's Automotive Digital Agency of the Year in 2017, and as Managing Director, Growth at Reprise Media (2017–2018), leading new business and growth initiatives including the launch of IPG's Amazon Center of Excellence. They completed studies at Queensland University of Technology from 1995 to 1998.
