Dima Dubina has been working in the tech industry since 2001. Dima began their career as an Art-director, designer and copyrighter at Kinograf in 2001. In 2007, they joined Creative Media Group as a Frontend Developer, where they quickly became responsible for most product decisions in the company and helped to launch two successful media properties. In 2008, they co-founded Kloomba.com, a marketplace for parents, and in 2011 they co-founded Sinichki, a social network for moms. In 2016, they co-founded Kashalot, an auction marketplace for parents, which was initially developed as a part of Kloomba.com and later launched as a separate project. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer at LiveFlow.

Dima Dubina attended Kyiv National Linguistics University from 1998 to 2003, where they studied English.
