Mason O'Neil is a software developer at Livefront. Mason previously worked as a software architect at C.H. Robinson, where they designed, maintained, and enhanced over twenty enterprise REST web APIs and three ASP.NET websites used for large scale global supply chain management and third party brokerage visibility.

O'Neil has extensive experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and reusable backend system architecture designs and process workflows. Mason has also served as a lead engineer on a team of ten engineers with varying levels of experience, from new interns to senior engineers. In addition, they have represented the team and engineering in front of C-level executives, VPs, and directors, and has led demos and presentations to hundreds of carrier account managers and dozens of business/IT executives.

O'Neil has also participated in the hatCHRy mentoring program at C.H. Robinson, mentoring four brand new entry level engineers one on one. Mason has also led the design and engineering strategy for a massive website uplift from ASP.NET to React, producing a project roadmap and strategy that is deliverable to the business in a realistic timeline.

Mason O'Neil completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Minnesota.
