Kwin Phan has held several roles in the field of data analysis and customer success. From August 2018 to July 2021, they worked at LiveHire, starting as a Data Analyst and later becoming a Senior Data Analyst. In these roles, Kwin ensured customer satisfaction by providing ongoing analytics and insights, implementing client implementations, and improving data analytics processes. Kwin also worked on maintaining and expanding reporting capabilities using SQL, Tableau, and Python.
Prior to LiveHire, Kwin worked at PredictiveHire from 2015 to 2018. Kwin began as an Analyst, contributing to the development and deployment of predictive analytics models for applicant assessments. Later, they transitioned into the role of Consumer Success Consultant, where they supported customer onboarding, product adoption, and provided feedback to the product team.

Kwin Phan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also earned a certification in Big Data and Social Analytics from MIT Experimental Learning in June 2016.
