Lara Damon

Lara Damon, MBA, serves as the Executive Director at Livelihood NW, an organization dedicated to supporting historically underserved entrepreneurs. They have also co-owned Hey Love since 2018 and hold a position as an instructor at Portland State University's School of Business since 2007, teaching various courses related to business strategy and consulting. Previously, Lara was the Executive Director of the PSU Business Outreach Program from 2008 to 2019. Lara earned a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on HR Management and I/O Psychology, followed by a Master's in Business Administration from Portland State University.
