Lawrence Chan has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Lawrence started their career at Ernst & Young in 2003 as a Senior Valuation Associate, where they valued business enterprises and intangible assets. In 2006, they joined Mitsubishi UFJ Securities as a Vice President in Mergers and Acquisitions, leading worldwide energy discussions and assessing investment opportunities.

In 2008, Lawrence became the Owner/Operator of Manchester Pub, a renowned restaurant in NYC. During their tenure, they developed official partnerships with various sports associations and was recognized as a top 100 USA account by Estrella Damm.

In 2013, they joined Canyon Oak Energy as the Vice President of Corporate Development, managing investors and performing competitive benchmarking analysis. Lawrence then moved on to LiveLike in 2015, initially as an Advisor, where they advised the CEO and CBO on investor and partnership development.

At LiveLike, Lawrence progressed to become the VP, Head of Finance, playing a crucial role in winning competitive global bids, securing Series A and Series B funding, and providing strategic vision supported by KPIs and market analysis. Lawrence eventually became the Chief Financial Officer, a position they currently hold.

Lawrence Chan completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Columbia Business School from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and Economics from New York University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
