MK H.

MK H. is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Liven (SKELAR), where they closely collaborate with leadership to drive people strategy and enhance internal processes. They commenced their career as a Press-corrector at Tribuna from 2015 to 2017, then transitioned to roles including Translator at SLON education and various positions at Preply, where they developed onboarding processes and managed employee relations. MK earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, completing the latter in 2019.
