Joe West currently serves as the CEO of Launch AI since August 2023, while also providing advisory support to Livepeer and Wunderkind, where Joe has held these roles since October 2017 and August 2014, respectively. As a guest lecturer at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering since March 2018, Joe contributes to the academic community in engineering and technology. Joe held the position of VP of Engineering and Partner at Radian Capital from November 2017 to November 2023 and briefly acted as Chief Product Officer at Cover Whale from April to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Joe co-founded Stardust Mining Co. and served as SVP of Software Engineering & Technology at kgb. Joe’s career began at Akamai Technologies, where Joe advanced from Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer to VP of Software Engineering & Technology. Educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Boston College.
